Just the type of salad I am going to want to eat in a couple of months. Sydney just had the hottest October day on record. Not bad when you are in spring and you hit 42C! Luckily I didn’t move to Sydney, I moved to cold rainy old Tassie and I haven’t ever felt more comfortable with my move than when I heard that yesterday! Bring on the zucchini’s and slather them with dressing I say! 🙂

Son moving today :). Still cold here and prospective rain for the next 10 days. I was talking about the Aussie Mainland (N.S.W.) where it is MUCH hotter than here 🙂
