If I could only bring 5 food items to a deserted island, 2 of them would be jars of Biscoff Spread.
How we got lucky enough to have this stuff turn out to be Vegan as well as fantabulous?  Only God knows!  Combine it with coconut butter and chocolate?  HEAVENLY stuff

Ingredients
  1. 1 Cup Biscoff Spread, softened in a warm water bath ( I just sit the Biscoff jar in a bowl of hot water)
  2. 1 Cup Coconut Butter (Artisan is a great Raw Organic brand) Melted in a bowl set in warm water
  3. 1/4 Cup sliced Almonds
  4. Dark Chocolate for drizzle topping (I used Trader Joe's Vegan 85% Dark)
Instructions
  1. Blend together softened Biscoff and melted Coconut Butter in a mixer.
  2. Stir in Almonds to mix through.
  3. Pour the fudge into a lined freezer safe container and freeze to set up your fudge.
  4. For an extra layer of yum, melt dark chocolate (non-dairy, I like Trader Joe's) and drizzle over top your fudge after freezing.

Can’t find it anywhere 🙁 I did find a recipe online and I can get the bickies (found some good vegan recipes if my search of the packet reveals hidden nasties) so I might have to give the homemade version a go methinks. It’s not like I am going to know the difference now is it? 😉

Had to look them up of course but your dorayaki sound like they would make a perfect Biscoff/Coconut Butter sandwich Rika 🙂 You’d only need a few to satisfy a sweet craving but what a delicious way to nurture it. Just curious, do you see Biscoff all around in your travels or just Europe?
      Thanks Rika.

I have the same problem. I try to limit myself to 1 or 2 jars a year or I’ll have a real obsession trying to resist gobbling up jars of the stuff, Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter is my favorite though.
          Thanks Rika, travel safe ♥
