Virtual Vegan Linky Potluck #6

Ah ha!!  It’s time to look at some fabulousness from the past Linky Potlucks again:  There were so many of my favorites from this Potluck that made the top showing in their category.  I settled on a cheese from

An Unrefined Vegan

that I just must try as soon as possible.  It reminds me of pre-non-dairy days when I would load up an English Muffin with cream cheese and butter.  I love the simplicity of the recipe compared to so many Vegan cheeses.  They really are getting main stream lately and have such improvement in their methods…… there’s hope for us all I think.
